Loading and access in Madrid – what to expect
Madrid city-centre collections require planning. Many buildings in Chamberi, Malasana, Lavapies, and Salamanca have narrow street access, resident-only loading zones, and lifts with strict size limits. Our coordinator will ask for the street address, building type, and any known access restrictions at survey stage so the crew arrives prepared.
For properties in the commuter belt – Majadahonda, Pozuelo de Alarcon, Alcobendas, Boadilla del Monte – access is usually straightforward, but we still confirm parking and lorry approach before the collection date.
If a parking permit or loading bay reservation is needed from the Madrid Ayuntamiento, your coordinator can advise on the process – though the application itself sits with you as the current occupant.
