The whole process was exceptional from the very start. Nigel came out and explained the move process to us and he was so knowledgeable and ensured we were looked after throughout. We had a large move which required 4 days to complete. The Team from Dales packed for us on day 1, loaded the majority of our belongings day 2. Then moved us day 3 with our essentials. Day 4 was the ‘motherload’. The whole team worked tirelessly (it was a long lift from the van to our rooms, with a very heavy mattress!! ) and professionally. All of our belongings were placed in the correct rooms, beds were erected and all boxes were tidily stored. When the Team left, not only had they packed and moved us, they had made our new house feel like a home. Moving house is not an easy process – let alone creating a home in a day! Dales managed to do the whole process making it look effortless.

Since they have left – we have unpacked a mountain of boxes and all of our belonging have been packed with such care nothing has been broken. Their expertise is apparent in everything they do. I can not rate Dales highly enough. They have been faultless from that very first meeting explaining the process, to moving us in.

Taken me awhile to write this review (sorry!) but David Dale moved us from Harrogate to the Outer Hebrides at the start of December. The two guys who moved us were amazing. It was a long way to come and everything was in exactly the same condition as when it was packed. Provided us with all the packing we needed and helped us to look after our staff. Brilliant service

We were very pleased with the service from assessment until our final delivery. Martin and Rob did a very good job moving our very heavy furniture. Nothing was too much trouble. . Would recommend

The two men who did the removal were efficient, professional, and exhibited a positive attitude.

I would highly recommend David Dales, in the training that the teams have in the packing and handling of goods.

Furniture, glassware, heavy garden furniture was all graded and packed in without any irritation, and some was extremely cumbersome.

The pleasant manner that the men portrayed, continued throughout the day, I highly recommend this company.
