Helpful and organised from the initial quote, through the packing process, loading and unloading, the whole team made a stressful time work like clockword. Highly recommended.

Truly first class -friendly and nothing phased any member of the team. We do have to call out the guys that did the actual delivery phase! We have downsized to an apartment. On arrival we found out the distance from the lorry to our apartment was a good 250 meters (and 5 floors) – they just kept going and remained professional throughout – they were extremely knowledgable on technical issues – such as our profile beds and recliners (as well as reminding me how to set up our broadband). As we unpacked they took out all the empty boxes and made things as easy as possible to us. We have moved several times over the years and this was simply the best and friendliest service we have ever had!

The whole process was exceptional from the very start. Nigel came out and explained the move process to us and he was so knowledgeable and ensured we were looked after throughout. We had a large move which required 4 days to complete. The Team from Dales packed for us on day 1, loaded the majority of our belongings day 2. Then moved us day 3 with our essentials. Day 4 was the ‘motherload’. The whole team worked tirelessly (it was a long lift from the van to our rooms, with a very heavy mattress!! ) and professionally. All of our belongings were placed in the correct rooms, beds were erected and all boxes were tidily stored. When the Team left, not only had they packed and moved us, they had made our new house feel like a home. Moving house is not an easy process – let alone creating a home in a day! Dales managed to do the whole process making it look effortless.

Since they have left – we have unpacked a mountain of boxes and all of our belonging have been packed with such care nothing has been broken. Their expertise is apparent in everything they do. I can not rate Dales highly enough. They have been faultless from that very first meeting explaining the process, to moving us in.

Taken me awhile to write this review (sorry!) but David Dale moved us from Harrogate to the Outer Hebrides at the start of December. The two guys who moved us were amazing. It was a long way to come and everything was in exactly the same condition as when it was packed. Provided us with all the packing we needed and helped us to look after our staff. Brilliant service
