From start to finish, the company was excellent and nothing was too much bother. The move from the Highlands of Scotland to Harrogate, which included packing at one end, then storage for a few months and eventual unloading at my new Harrogate address, was all achieved without any stress or worry on my part and with the utmost courtesy, cheerfulness and professionalism on theirs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring such a service.

We’re supposed to deliver our furniture from storage on the Friday contacted them several times that week to confirm. They were confirmed by David Dale. Ended up being another week and they had the cheek to charge another weeks storage. When we finally got around to unpacking a tv it was damaged and David Dale didnt want to know because it was over 7 days. The guys who delivered the furniture were helpful courteous and efficient.

We have recently downsized and David Dale have been amazing from start to finish taking some of the stress out of things. We were moved by Martin and Ross and they were just the best, very professional and nothing was too much trouble and we even had a few jokes along the way. From the initial consultation with Nigel Dale who was highly professional and very knowledgeable, to the end result it has been excellent. I would highly recommend them!

After reading previous reviews there is little more I can add. From David Dale and his office staff to Ross turning up and making packing my items a work of art ( he really knows what he is doing) I would say to anyone needing to move “ use them “

We hadn’t moved house for 44 years, but found the whole process with David Dale efficient and not stressful. Nigel Dale was most helpful when visiting to give a quotation and explaining how the removal would be conducted. The moving crew were excellent in doing the packing and transferring everything to our new house.
