Packing, fragile items and apartment access
Costa del Sol properties often contain more tile, glass, mirrored furniture and outdoor ceramics than a typical UK home, and Benalmadena has a mix of modern high-rise apartments and older pueblo houses where staircase access can be tight. We assess both during the survey.
For packing, you can choose the level of help you want: supply-only where we leave materials and you pack yourself, a shared approach room by room, or a full packing service where our crew handles everything from kitchen china to wardrobe contents. Export-grade cartons, bubble wrap, packing paper and wardrobe boxes are all available. Mirrors, glass tabletops and stone surfaces are crated where the survey flags a risk.
Apartment access in Benalmadena – particularly around the marina and the coastal strip – can involve restricted parking, underground car parks with height barriers, and lifts that will not take a sofa. Customs paperwork and Transfer of Residence relief
