Is a part load the cheaper way to move to Alicante?

For smaller moves, usually yes. If your belongings will not fill a vehicle, they share space on our weekly Spain service and you pay for the space used, not the whole vehicle.

Do you have a depot on the Costa Blanca?

Yes. We own and operate a depot in Almoradi, on the southern Costa Blanca. Deliveries, storage and return collections in the area are handled by our own team, not a local agent.

How long does a removal to the Costa Blanca take?

What paperwork do I need to move my belongings to Spain?

Part Loads to the Costa Blanca

Not every move to the Costa Blanca needs a full vehicle. If you are furnishing an apartment, moving the contents of a smaller property, or sending a few pieces ahead of you, a part load is usually the more cost-effective option.

Your belongings share space on the weekly vehicle, and you pay only for the space they occupy. Because consolidation happens at our own depot on the Costa Blanca, part loads receive the same delivery service as full loads. See our part load removals to Spain page for how it works.

Paperwork for Moving to the Costa Blanca

Household goods moving from the UK to Spain have been treated as an import since January 2021. If you are moving your main home to Spain, you can usually bring your personal belongings in free of duty and VAT under transfer of residence relief.

You will typically need:

Certificado de Empadronamiento – proof of your new Spanish address
NIE number – your Spanish tax identification number
A detailed inventory – of the goods being moved
